Below is our schedule for the applicant happy hours. Please feel free to come to as many as you would like and bring your loved ones! This is a great opportunity for you to meet our residents and ask the questions that matter most to you.

Monday Happy Hours at Acre 121
Starting at 6:00 pm, our Monday evening happy hour will be
held at Acre 121 in the Columbia Heights neighborhood. Located at 1400 Irving Street, NW, this bar is
located 1 block west of the Columbia Heights metro stop on the Green and Yellow
lines. There is parking available at the
parking garage just across the street at the Target shopping complex, which is
reasonably priced – entrances to this garage are located on both Hyatt St. and
Park Rd. Street parking, though
sometimes more difficult to find, is also an option.
Thursday Happy Hours at Lost Society
Starting at 6:00 pm, our Thursday evening happy hours will
be at Lost Society in the U Street Corridor.
This bar is located at 2001 14th Street NW and is 1 block
west of the U Street metro stop on the Green and Yellow lines. Street parking is also available on many of
the side streets in the area.
